This is a deposit to reserve your whole beef with the processing date of November 2023. A whole is priced at $5 per pound hanging weight. We are anticipating 600-700 pound hanging weights. Whole beef we cost around $3000- $3500 This deposit goes towards the grand total, with the balance being paid at delivery. Processing is done at USDA inspected Bear Mountain Beef.
